Strength & Endurance for 55+ – Fitness for Bone Health

The symptoms of Osteoporosis will affect 1 in 3 women, and 1 in 5 men. Using aerobic, balance, strength and flexibility exercises, the goals of the Strength & Endurance for 55+ program are to maintain or improve bone mass, to improve overall functional capacity for Activities of Daily Living (ADL), and to improve Range Of Motion and strength in all extremities.
